Belgian artist Cee Pil, born in Ostend in 1977, is enigmatic and fascinating. He is well known for his graffiti art. He creates impressive works, which makes it a pleasure to our eyes. Through the years he gained experience in traditional arts and painting, and put that to use by creating hyper-realistic portraits of animals and humans. To give it his own style, he combines multiple images into skillfully produced unique optical illusions. A truly astonishing result.
