Yvette Depaepe is a Belgian artist internationally recognized for her fine art photography. Her works cover a broad range of styles that include monochrome landscape, architecture and abstract photography.
Yvette considers herself a “late bloomer” despite her long lasting interest in the art of photography. On her 48th birthday, 22 years ago now, her oldest daughter gave her a present that would change her life forever: a course in photography. She engaged 100% and was quickly trapped in a whirligig!
Her photography is purely emotional. She wants to give her photos a soul, to capture the emotions she feels while taking them. Every photo is a reflection of her soul.
