Peter Kemp is an acclaimed conceptual photographer from the Netherlands. He narrates stories through his photographs and the results are intense and dramatic. Loving to draw from an early age, his passion for photography was ignited with the advent of digital cameras, which allowed him to view his creations in real time. Peter counts Johannes Vermeer and other Dutch master painters as key influences. Indeed, his works inhabit some intermediate dimension between painting and photography. Regarding the mystery and glamour in his works, he confides: “Focusing a lot on details, a longer look might open doors to other journeys.” We invite you to take a journey into the wonderful creative mind of Peter Kemp.
Michal Karcz is a graphic and plastic exhibition designer from Poland. Tired of the simplicity of reality, he decided to digitally create his own one. He wants to show how the world might look like when seen though his eyes and filtered by his imagination. His pictures are inspired mostly by music, but also by dreams, the reality around us and fears caused by human arrogance and stubborn progress. His works are predictions of the future based on observation and what is happening on Earth, a silent warning. They are also lands and worlds born in his imagination. Places where he would love to live, and to where he invites the viewer to travel and rest.
